The Yellow Banks Recreation Center has been a longtime staple of Warrick County. This family owned-and-operated destination features a little bit of everything all rolled into one.

Guests can visit the pottery shop and watch as potters transform the clay into one-of-a-kind works of art. The yellow clay that is used is taken from on-site, and as you may have guessed, serves as the inspiration for the center's name. Yellow Banks also offers visitors the opportunity to watch chainsaw carving demonstrations. Onlookers will be as intrigued by the process as they are appreciative of the end result.

Yellow Banks is home to one of the largest craft shows and flea markets in the state. Each year, approximately 8,000 to 10,000 people flock to the show which is held on the seond and third full weekends in September. The Yellow Banks Craft Fair attracts a variety of vendors from several states, making it an easy and enjoyable task to find that perfect gift.
